Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through eazynight.com, operated by VilVid LT, MB ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email sent to info@eazynight.com) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

2. Standard Return Window (All Customers)

In addition to any statutory rights, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for customers in all countries we ship to.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, where reasonably possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless they are defective:

  • Personal care and cosmetic products with a broken seal
  • Underwear and intimate apparel that has been worn or had tags removed
  • Food supplements and consumable products with a broken seal
  • Gift cards and digital products or subscriptions once access has been granted

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@eazynight.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our support team will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of postage.

Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We do not refund:

  • Return shipping costs (except for defective or incorrect items)
  • Any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at info@eazynight.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for goods.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange (e.g., for a different size or variant), contact us and we will do our best to accommodate it, subject to stock availability.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the timeframe stated above:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again.
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank — processing times vary.
  3. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@eazynight.com and we will investigate immediately.

9. Subscriptions

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us at info@eazynight.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments, except where required by law or covered by the return terms above.
