Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through eazynight.com, operated by VilVid LT, MB (company code: 306678473, Chemijos g. 27C-62, LT-51332 Kaunas, Lithuania).
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
During peak periods (holiday seasons, major sales) or in exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. If we expect a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Please note: processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the delivery times listed below.
2. Shipping Destinations, Times and Costs
We currently ship to the following regions. Delivery estimates apply after your order has been processed and dispatched:

The exact shipping options and costs for your address are always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active after dispatch, as carriers may take time to register the parcel in their system.
4. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains several items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment. You will never be charged extra for split shipments.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Depending on your country, international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes determined by your local customs authority. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the recipient's responsibility. Customs processing may also add time to the delivery estimates above. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount — please contact your local customs office for details.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us at info@eazynight.com as soon as possible — we can usually correct the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund of the product price, excluding original shipping costs where applicable.
7. Delayed, Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at info@eazynight.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbours, your mailbox or parcel locker, and your local post office. If it still cannot be located within 3 business days, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
8. Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@eazynight.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please retain the original packaging until the matter is resolved, as the carrier may require it for a claim.
