By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions, images, and colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual product, and minor variations may occur. Products are intended for personal use only and are not for resale.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; the contract of sale is concluded when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, where we identify a pricing or description error, or where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and, where applicable, include VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers; we do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price. We will inform you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Some products may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the recurring price and billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel.

• The first charge and subsequent renewal amounts, along with the billing frequency, are clearly displayed before you subscribe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@eazynight.com before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect for future renewals and does not affect charges already processed, except as required by law or as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
• We will notify you in advance of any changes to subscription pricing; continued use of the subscription after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping address you provided.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address supplied by you. Depending on your country, imported goods may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds and Withdrawal

EU consumers may also refer disputes to out-of-court resolution; in Lithuania, the competent body is the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt). Any disputes that cannot be resolved out of court shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, without limiting consumers' rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence where applicable law allows.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
